The certificates are issued to CG Kofilman S.A., the company's registered name. CGK is the name we trade under: same tax ID 76.408.707-0, same plant, same audited scope.
Each document carries its certificate number and national registry number in print. Those are what Applus+ (LGAI Chile) uses to confirm validity to anyone who asks, and the certification body's contact details are on the PDF itself.
