We work where things simply have to work.
We work with the major mining operators and EPC contractors of northern Chile. Not one of these names is here for a single job: every one of them called us back.

One screen, three stages: design, simulation and fabrication.
Pick a screen and drag the handles to walk through the process — from the engineering render, to the FEA stress simulation, to the machine built in our shop.
Engineering that gets built — from point cloud to installed part.
We are not just a machine shop: we cover the full cycle under one roof and one point of accountability. We scan, model, validate, fabricate, line and repair.
Our scope. We design and deliver turnkey projects for large-scale mining: 3D surveying and reverse engineering, FEM/DEM modelling and validation, fabrication of structures, chutes, screens and large-diameter ducting, anti-abrasive linings and repair of critical components — with qualified welding, dimensional control and non-destructive testing as standard.
Engineering & Innovation
3D modelling, reverse engineering with laser scanning, FEM/DEM validation and detail drawings. We turn a scan into a drawing you can build from.
CAD · FEM · 3D 02Fabrication
Structures, chutes, screens, ducting and transport frames. Machining centre, laser cutting and robotic welding, with dimensional control and NDT. What comes in as plate leaves as equipment.

Polyurethane, rubber, ceramic-backed rubber, polyurea, ceramic, HDPE and TIVAR, hot-vulcanised in autoclave. We add a layer that wears out before your equipment does.
PU · Rubber · Ceramic 04Repair
We recover critical components in the shop, with engineering behind every intervention: 994H buckets, pivot arms, screens, agitator shafts.

R.W. Liners: the anti-abrasive arm of CGK.
Ten years lining equipment for large-scale mining. We also line what we build: every component that moves abrasive solids leaves protected to last longer.
Autoclave · Ø3,500 × 8,000 mm
Hot vulcanising and cold pressing, for large equipment.
We master both lining processes: cold pressing and hot vulcanising in autoclave. Our two autoclaves — the larger one 3,500 mm in diameter by 8,000 mm long — let us line cyclone distributors, agglomerators, trommels and pulleys. A boiler, CNC vulcanising press and calender complete the line.

Lining of all types of screens for Chile's major mining companies.
Rollers · Larox filters
Contracts running for more than 5 years covering all kinds of rollers.
Filter plates
Repair of filter plates for press filters under contract.
Transfer chutes
Rubber and ceramic lining, with fixing plates fitted in the 3D model so they install without interferences.

Repair of Vertimill screws, covering the affected areas with pressed rubber.
Piping and pipework
In-house mitring, fabrication and tooling to line pipes and spools internally.
Advanced boilermaking at RWL. We don't only line: we also fabricate in special steels, stainless steel, bronze, titanium, aluminium and FRP. Heat exchangers, reactors, boilers, autoclaves, fans, pressure vessels and fabricated assemblies, with qualified welders and procedures, field engineering and ultrasonic thickness inspection.
Components already out there working.
A recent selection. More than 10,700 projects delivered to BHP, Albemarle, Gold Fields, Anglo American, Caserones, Fluor and Centinela over more than a decade.

Equipment, software and method. That is how we move fast without losing precision.
The Trimble X7 captures the site. We turn it into drawings.
With our Trimble X7 laser scanner we survey entire plants in hours: millions of points at millimetre precision, even in difficult terrain. On top of that cloud we rebuild the 3D model, detect interferences and validate every fit before a single piece is fabricated.
- Point cloud on site
- Automatic on-site registration
- Millimetre precision
- 3D model + drawings
And before cutting any plate, we stand it up where it will go.
With Trimble SiteVision we take the IFC model to the field and overlay it at 1:1 scale on the real installation. That is where the things no drawing shows properly appear: the duct that hits a beam, the flange with no room to turn a wrench, the equipment that will not fit through the opening it was meant to come down. Fixing it in the model takes hours.
- IFC / BIM model on site
- Real 1:1 scale
- Interferences caught before fabrication
- Validation together with the client
3D scanning & point cloud
We capture components on site and rebuild parametric models checked against reality — no surprises in the shop.

FEM validation before fabrication. We take trial and error out of the places where failure is not an option.
Specialised linings
RWL line: polyurethane, rubber, ceramic-backed rubber, TIVAR and polyurea applied internally to extend the service life of abrasive-duty equipment.
Social value is in our DNA.
We don't only build components: we build a team, a community and a trade. Three pillars hold up the way we work in Antofagasta — and zero accidents back it up.
Our team is going to the final.
On Saturday 25 July the semi-final of the Miradas Compartidas Foundation tournament was played, an initiative that promotes inclusion through sport. CGK won 2 of the 3 matches that day and made it into the final.
- Foundation Miradas Compartidas improves the quality of life of people with disabilities through employment inclusion, recreational programmes and artistic and sporting experiences, aiming for real, decentralised social change.
- Tournament It started on 18 April 2026 and the final is played in September. CGK has taken part alongside the foundation since 2024.
- Companies Sacyr, Novandino, SQM, Smart Fit, Salfa and CGK, among other companies from the region.
5 José Lafuentetop scorer of the tournament, with five goals.

The workshop that comes to your site.
We are taking the machine shop to the mine. These are modular units with a technical office and an equipped store that install inside your operation: diagnosis, cutting, repair and technical support on site, without waiting for the trip back to the workshop.
- Modular unit12-metre container — 6 m of technical office + 6 m of tool store, ready to be installed on site.
- Laser cuttingRobot and laser table of high precision: cutting innovation, now available as a service.
- On siteCGK crews solving it inside your operation, to the same standards as the workshop.
- SafetySafe people, safe work — everyone goes home. Zero tolerance for risk.
