From point cloud to steel: this is how it all fits first time.
When there are no drawings, the 3D laser scanner is the starting point. This double-deck screen tells the whole story on video — scan, model and real machine — and below, the Trimble X7 shows how that cloud is captured in the field.
It all starts on site: the laser scanner sweeps the component and captures millions of points at millimetre precision.
That point cloud is an exact digital copy of the real geometry — every plate, every bolt, every deformation built up over years of service. On top of it we rebuild the parametric 3D model: we decide what to keep, what to correct and what to reinforce, and the model is checked against the scan so no fit is left to chance.
The model produces the fabrication drawings, the FEM validation and the workshop dimensional control. The result is the real machine: built, bolted and ready for site, identical to what the client approved on screen. No surprises during installation.
